Having a Wacom tablet (I'm on my third) and not trying some natural-media digital work just seemed silly to me, so I grabbed trial copies of Corel Painter, Autodesk (neé Alias) Sketchbook Pro and Art Rage. (Personally, I find Art Rage the most simple and flexible— not to mention cheap!— and has some seriously great UI). This is some of the stuff I got out of that experiment.
I'm currently (as of Feb 09) working on a 365 project of digital paintings with a very specific set of rules.
